Amazon Brand Registry Turkey Guide: 3× Your Sales with Brand Registration, A+ Content, and Storefront (2026)
Amazon Brand Registry Turkey Guide (2026)
Selling on Amazon but not enrolled in Brand Registry? You're leaving 40-60% of sales on the table. Bold claim — but registered brands average 14% conversion vs 6% for unregistered. Worse, in 2026 Amazon's A10 algorithm organically suppresses non-Brand-Registry sellers.
This guide covers everything end-to-end from TPMK (Turkish trademark) registration through A+ Content and Storefront.
What is Brand Registry exactly?
Amazon's official line: "A program that lets you own your brand identity on Amazon, report infringing listings, and access enhanced listing and marketing tools."
What it actually does:
- Removes infringements fast — fake listings cleared in 24-48 hours
- Unlocks A+ Content — visual-rich product descriptions (+18-32% conversion)
- Unlocks Storefront — your own branded mini-store
- Sponsored Brands ads — premium ads with logo + tagline + 3 products
- Brand Analytics — competitor and category data
- Vine Program — verified reviewer reviews (gold for new launches)
3 mandatory requirements for Turkey-based applications
1. Active trademark registration
You need a TPMK (Turkish Patent and Trademark Office) registration certificate. Filing-to-registration takes 8-12 months — if you haven't started, start there first.
Note: Amazon accepts pending trademark application numbers, but you'll need to demonstrate the application is active and progressing.
2. Trademark scope must match your products
The Nice classification (1-45 product categories) you registered under at TPMK must match what you sell on Amazon.
| Product | Nice class |
|---|---|
| Textile & towels | Class 24, 25 |
| Cosmetics | Class 3 |
| Electronics accessories | Class 9 |
| Home goods | Class 21 |
| Children's products | Class 28 (toys) or 25 (apparel) |
3. Logo must be tied to your product
Amazon requires proof that your logo appears on the physical product or packaging. Five photos on a white background usually suffice.
Application process — step by step
1. Create a Brand Registry account
brandregistry.amazon.com → "Enroll Your Brand" → log in with your Seller Central account.
2. Enter brand details
- Brand name (must match TPMK certificate)
- Registration number
- Country of registration (select Turkey)
- Logo image
- Product categories (Nice class mapping)
3. Verification code
Amazon sends a verification code to the official contact registered with TPMK. If that contact isn't you (e.g., your trademark agent filed the application), you'll need to coordinate.
4. Enter the code and submit
Approval usually arrives within 3-5 business days.
5. Configure ASINs and brand store
- Link all ASINs to the brand
- Pick your Storefront URL (
amazon.com/yourbrand) - Prepare A+ Content templates
The biggest advantage: A+ Content
A+ Content transforms the plain text/bullet description on your product page into visual-rich modular sections. Amazon's own data:
- +18-32% conversion lift
- -5% returns (customers understand the product better)
- +20% traffic (ranks higher on Google)
A+ Content modules
- Image with text overlay (large lifestyle image + tagline)
- Comparison chart (vs your other products / competitor generic category)
- Multi-image module (4-6 smaller visuals)
- Brand story (tell your founding story)
- FAQ blocks
- Specification table
Premium A+ Content (the upper tier): Video, 360° visuals, additional modules. Access typically requires ~5 approved A+ projects.
Storefront — your branded mini-store
The amazon.com/yourbrand URL is fully yours. Use it:
- In your social media bios
- As a CTA in emails
- As the target for Amazon-external ads (Sponsored Display = ROAS 4-7×)
Storefront's 3 layers
- Home page — Brand hero + featured products
- Categories — Curated product collections
- Product detail pages — Direct buy box
Brand Analytics — the hidden competitor intelligence
The Brand Analytics tab unlocked after Brand Registry shows:
- Search Terms Report — Which queries are bringing customers to your products?
- Item Comparison and Alternate Purchase — After viewing your product, which competitor's item do they inspect?
- Demographic Report — Age, income, education segments
- Repeat Purchase Behavior — Return rate
This data stays dark for your competitors but is a gold mine for you.
Vine Program — the new launch unlock
Vine Voices = Amazon's hand-picked trusted reviewers. You ship them your new product for free (~$75+ VAT per reviewer fee) and receive 30 verified reviews.
Why this matters: Amazon's search algorithm builds the trust profile of a product through its first 50 reviews. Vine accelerates this.
Vine rules
- Brand Registry members only
- Max 30 units per ASIN
- Stock must be 5+
- Excludes children's products + certain categories
7 common mistakes
❌ Applying before TPMK registration completes — Rejection means 6-month resubmit cooldown
❌ Wrong Nice class — A textile brand selling electronics gets flagged "brand mismatch"
❌ Logo not on product — Adding a logo to an empty product won't fly
❌ Ignoring Storefront — Amazon's fastest-growing marketing tool
❌ A+ Content written like body text — Without visuals it's "B+ Content"
❌ Stocking 5 units for Vine — Send 30 units for 30 reviewers; half get declined, you average ~25 reviews
❌ Not measuring Sponsored Brands ROAS — Critical for brand awareness but pause if ROAS < 2×
